Executive Chef Ross Hanson is always researching to find innovative ways to bring you the freshest comfort food around. Whether it's dining out all over the region or across the country, reading about new trends or just watching the Food Network, you can count on him to create a special dining experience for you.

Menus are seasonal and subject to frequent changes!

The Restaurant James Randall wine program features wines from the United States, France, Argentina, Spain, Australia and New Zealand. It takes its cues from the kitchen and the cuisine. A Syrah might accompany the Rack of Lamb, a Prosecco with our Tempura Roll or Truffle Fries, or a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with the steak. We encourage our patrons to trust us to pair our wines with their menu choices. Our hearts and souls go into each selection, and the selection of wines is ever changing.

We seek out wines that express their terroir, offer a sense of place and a story of the individuals who make them. As we were told and believe, a wine without a story is just another alcoholic beverage. Our wines may not be (or they may be)  WS 90 pointers or ever listed in Parker’s newsletter, but they are included for several reasons, they are balanced, they are a fit with the cuisine and they are priced to please.


Our focus is on serving wines that are delicious, affordable and served without pretense. These wines are a representation of the region they are from and of the people who produce them, people we like to call our friends.
